How do I choose the right ski length?
Selecting the right length depends on your height, weight, and ability level. Generally, we recommend a length that reaches between your chin and the top of your head. Advanced skiers or those seeking stability at high speeds may prefer a longer ski.
What is your return policy for skis?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused products in their original packaging. Please note that skis cannot be returned once they have been mounted with bindings.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
Do Faction skis come with a warranty?
All Faction skis are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This does not cover damage caused by impact, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
Are my skis pre-waxed and ready to ride?
Yes, all our skis come factory-waxed and tuned. However, for the best performance on your first day, we recommend a fresh coat of wax suited to the specific snow temperature of your destination.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.
