Pack Your Gear
Securely pack your unused skis or apparel in the original shipping box, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return to ensure it meets our quality standards, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
